Susi Zucchi

About artist

Susi Zuccchi was born in Carpi (MO) where he lives and works. His love for art began very early with his first approaches to painting and poetry. From the mother poet assimilates the need to freely express their emotions both with the language of words and with that of images. The activity of designer and fashion designer in the field of fashion leads her to make frequent trips, especially in India and Indonesia from which she absorbs the evocative force of colors.

After a period of study and deepening in which the poetic vein, has the prevalence over the pictorial, resumes with greater assiduity his artistic production, consolidating a very original technique that is based on the polymaterial, using acrylic painting, Glass, mineral and other waste materials. The figure is sometimes present, but with a creative freedom that borders on the informal. The most recent works explore the world of feminine intimacy, fertility and emotional depth and make use of an original style almost purified by the choice in relief of an almost total white.
