A beginning and an end are common for all things. Even life on our planet Earth will come to an end, we do not know when but it will come. I interpret this end in a surreal way. In this wasteland the red apple, which expresses the "temptation", is the only thing that keeps its vivid color. The snake, which represents "sin", is the only being that continues to live. The human race no longer exists, only the symbols of our great civilizations of the past remain in the background: the Pyramids, the Colosseum, the Eiffel Tower, St. Peter's in Rome, the White House in Washington. Despite everything an end always marks a new beginning, a hope. Up there another living planet appears.
